Mae tells him it's dangerous, which Rick disregards, stating that he's not afraid of death. His first cut appearance is presumably in the Underhill (as his dialogue is featured in the Underhill.yarn file), working on his run down car.

He plays in a band called The Creeping Deadlies, often playing at the Smelter's bar, something that gets him and his bandmates free beer. In the cut dialogue, Rick, going by Rick Rekkage, is an adult who typically undermines Mae's adulthood, often disregarding her insistence on being an adult, even at one point calling her " a real person" due to her not being 21. There appears to be unused content featuring Rick, such as an unused sprite in the Sprite files, as well as large amount of unused dialogue in the Underhill.yarn file (file for the game's dialogue) that paints a better picture of who he is. Not much is known about him, other than that he is a husband to a woman named Jeanie, and father to multiple daughters.
The Cult is a mysterious, anonymous group that worships the god-like creature, the Black Goat. We do not know if the elder child was abused, though it is implied that he did go through some abuse, based on his distance and reluctance to visit his mother. The unnamed elder Delaney child is in the military service, and occasionally visits his family when off duty. Her actions are also responsible for Angus' stoic atheistic beliefs. Angus feels she was the worse abuser, being the one to starve and lock him in the pantry. Delaney lives alone, and the two Delaney children sometimes visit her, although only when Angus' brother is in town. Delaney left his family and the town, and although he is alive, Angus has no interest in knowing him. He was the more physically abusive of the two towards Angus. Delaney used to work in the mines with Stan Borowski, and the two would sometimes drink together before Stan quit. They would frequently abuse Angus, either by beating him, starving him, or locking him in the pantry.
Delaney were the parents of Angus Delaney and his unnamed older brother. Cut content implies there was going to be a doodle of her that was scrapped. She is confirmed to be deceased by Mae Borowski. She may also be one of the reasons why Mae went to afterschool churchgoing events, being a devout herself. Her relationship with her family is never explored, although it can be implied that her marriage with Mae's Grandfather was at least rocky. She had many pictures of the Churches saints on her wall prior to her death. Little is known about Grandmama, besides her being a devout churchgoer and believer of the Church of the First Coalesce and it's teachings. Grandmama Borowski was Mae's Grandmother, Stan Borowski's mother, and Mae's Granddad's late wife. According to Mae, he was doomed from the start because of his name. Given that his name was on a memorial, he did not survive the conflict. Not much is known about him, other than that he fought during what was presumably World War Ⅱ.
